Unaudited figures
On 21 April 2026, the Annual General Meeting approved a dividend payment of CHF 124.7 million for the financial year 2025 (previous year: CHF 114.8 million), corresponding to CHF 2.50 per registered share (previous year: CHF 2.30). For this purpose, CHF 1.25 was taken from the reserves from capital contributions (previous year: CHF 1.15) and CHF 1.25 from retained earnings (previous year: CHF 1.15) of Galenica Ltd. The dividend was paid out to the shareholders on 27 April 2026.
